Book of Training – AFK Leveling guide
Introduction
Book of Training manuals can be used to gain a small amount of combat EXP and/or skill EXP whilst you are AFK. It is not as effective as actual grinding and there are no silver/item gains. The manuals must be purchased from Jamey Drucker, who is located in Velia, Heidel, Calpheon, Altinova, Valencia, Grana and Duvencrune (locations below).
You can also use the NPC finder to search for him and it will show his locations on the map.

How to use the Book of Training
There are four durations available for both the Combat EXP and Skill EXP Training Manuals:

The Book of Training Manual can only be used to characters which are above level 50 and it will only provide 99% of your current level. 
Once you have bought a Book of Training Manual, you must right-click it in your inventory to activate the buff. You can use both a combat EXP and skill EXP Training Manual at the same time and can pop additional books to extend the time. Be careful not to start AFK training before maintenance, because the buff will continue to count down even if you are offline, and you will lose time on your Training Manual.
After popping the buff, you will be able to interact with the training dummies near Jamey Drucker, by pressing "R" next to them. You will recieve combat and/or skill EXP every 3 minutes, depending on the book you used. You can stop training at any time and then go back to the training dummies and interact with them again to start training, but only if you still have the Book of Training buff active. Doing this will also restart the 3 minute EXP tick.
You must not be in a party and should also make sure you have a mainhand weapon and offhand equipped or you will not be able to interact with the training dummies.
It's also important to note that other EXP buffs will take effect, such as Milk Tea, Golden Bells and Combat Books, so you should use as many EXP buffs as possible to increase your EXP gain.

- Extra Tip: AFK Train on the Arsha server because Golden Bells are more frequent on this server.
Below is an estimate of how long it will take using the Training Manuals (without buffs).It will actually be much quicker and cheaper if you use as many EXP buffs as possible.

With all EXP buffs, level 61 to 62 is approximately 1% per 10 hours, which will take around 50 days if you're AFK training for 20 hours per day. This costs a total of 1 billion silver.
